Hear St. Vincent Cover Nine Inch Nails' 'Piggy'
This weekend, Nine Inch Nails will be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and St. Vincent has covered one of her favourites from Trent Reznor and co. ahead of the virtual ceremony,

You can hear Annie Clark's interpretation of "Piggy" below, which she said "remains one of my favourite Nails songs to this day."

"I am obsessed with the slinky tambourine that is just a little lazy in feel," she continued in a statement. "And when I took this song apart to cover it, it took me a long time to really understand the immensity of the groove. It's a dark, industrial reggae. Muscular, but never as distorted as you imagined it when you think of it in your head…. They made a complicated thing seem easy and made big, bold sonic choices."

Clark's cover arrives alongside a version of NIN's "Closer" from SavagesJehnny Beth, while Real Estate play the Doobie Brothers' "What a Fool Believes," the Kills cover T. Rex's "Cosmic Dancer," and Eyelids cover Depeche Mode's "Enjoy the Silence." You can hear all five via Amazon Music below.
